DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We will ship your order within 2 working days (does not include made to order candles)
If ordering buy now candles and made to order candles at the same time your order will be shipped once your made to order candles are ready. As the made to order candles are made just for you please allow 7 - 14 days for delivery, thank you!
Orders will be despatched by Australia Post or a courier, you will be provided with a tracking number so you can see where your parcel is along the way.
Your email is needed for tracking and notifications.
If the parcel cannot be delivered on the first attempt, it will be delivered to a nearby Australia Post or collection depot, a collection card will be left. Your parcel may be available for re-delivery, if so you will be notified by email and you will need to follow the instructions. A signature on receipt will be required.
Flat rate delivery of $9.95, or free for orders over $150.00 Australia Only (excludes wholesale)
2 – 4 business days for delivery to VIC
2 – 5 business days for delivery to NSW, SA, ACT
2 – 7 business days for delivery to QLD, TAS
3- 10 business days for delivery to WA, NT
Candle and Wick does not currently offer international delivery.
If you change your mind, we are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange of your candle as long as it is returned to us within 7 days of purchase, in its original packaging, has not been used or damaged and in the same condition that you purchased it in.
If you wish to exchange your candle or obtain a refund, please contact us within 7 days of making your purchase via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). It is your responsibility to cover all postage costs to and from Bendigo, Victoria.
REFUND OR EXCHANGE:
Although we take great care in packaging your candle, on the odd occasion they can become damaged in transit, therefore if your candle is faulty or damaged, a full refund or exchange will be made providing the candle is returned within 7 working days from the day you received your order. In the event that this has happened immediately email email@example.com with a description of the error or fault. You will then be provided with details for returning your order at no cost to you.
